1. Don't eat fried food. Eat boiled, grilled food.
2. Chew slowly. Try to enjoy food in your mouth, chew it slowly, can cause feel full more quickly.
3. Take a little food. Take your food a little on plate, if still feel hungry, add a little more. This way make you don't feel must finish all your food on plate.
4. Leave the table after finish. Immediately leave the table after finish your food, don't continue with any conversation. This way can avoid of unnecessary continue eating food on table.
5. Avoid high sugar and high fat. Avoid food contain high sugar and high fat, like cake, chocolate, butter, fullcream milk, etc.
6. Avoid soda.
7. Reduce watching tv and do more sports. Reduce time of watching tv to avoid body less move
and do more regular sports.
